Lead business analysis projects within the finance and accounting domain, focusing on Oracle ERP systems and financial data insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business analysis projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and project success.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide support for Oracle ERP systems, specifically general ledger and sub-ledger accounting modules.
• Analyze financial data and utilize Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while identifying process improvement opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis within finance and accounting domains.
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle ERP systems, particularly General Ledger and sub-ledger modules.
• Solid understanding of financial processes including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate or post-graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
