Description

You will own the full project management lifecycle for awarded Federal Government contracts, ensuring technical implementations align with customer business strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the contract lifecycle for government programs including EIS, Networx, WITS, Connection II, and Client 2.
• Coordinate integration work streams and cross-functional teams to meet implementation goals and schedules.
• Lead customer communications, including weekly and monthly reporting, crisis management, and escalations.
• Facilitate resolution for contract, billing, AR, credit requests, and billing disputes.
• Oversee contract personnel to ensure high-quality task completion and deliverables in compliance with the SOW.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of Federal Project Management experience.
• 5-7 years of Federal Transition and Implementation experience.
• Strong background in telecom and IT, specifically with VPN and Contact Center technologies.
• Experience managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Federal contracts.
• Cisco Certified Voice Professional Certification.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Proficiency in Project Management Methodology, including plan creation and task monitoring.
• Experience working with government customers and Federal Civilian Sales.
• Ability to serve as a 24/7 escalation point for production-impacting incidents.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the specific contract vehicles: EIS, Networx, WITS, Connection II, and Client 2.
