Description

You will lead the development of project governance frameworks and detailed execution plans for strategic initiatives within the Long-Term Care organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a tailored project governance framework aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop end-to-end project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Define roles, responsibilities, escalation paths, and reporting structures including KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to ensure governance adherence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management consulting or complex cross-functional environments.
• Strong knowledge of project governance principles and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project tracking using Jira.
• Experience in business operations and aligning operational processes with strategic goals.
• Ability to conceptualize initiatives and convert them into actionable project deliverables.
• Expertise in managing administrative workflows with a focus on compliance and documentation.
• Advanced command of MS Office and Excel for reporting and documentation.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and facilitation.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
