You will lead major projects from initiation through delivery, covering discovery, planning, execution, and rollout.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, and other business stakeholders to define requirements and dependencies.
- Translate business needs into clear project plans, timelines, scope, and measurable success criteria.
- Coordinate engineering, data, integrations, and vendor teams to implement system design and data flows.
- Identify risks and cross-team impacts, driving mitigation plans and escalations as needed.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and change management for adoption.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience in technical, digital, retail, or supply-chain environments.
- Strong experience with Item attributes, data flows, vendor onboarding, SKU setup, or merchandising processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive prioritization with business stakeholders.
- Experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in Program Management and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical thinking and executive communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with PIM, ERP, OMS, or merchandising systems.
- Vendor or implementation project experience.
