Lead major projects from initiation through delivery, partnering with business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and success criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from discovery and planning through execution, rollout, and post-deployment adoption.
• Translate business needs into clear project plans, managing scope, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Coordinate with engineering, data, and vendor teams to ensure system design, data flows, and Item attributes are implemented correctly.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies and capacity.
• Manage project ceremonies, track KPIs, and deliver structured updates and executive summaries to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience in technical, digital, retail, or supply-chain environments.
• Strong experience in Item attributes, data flows, vendor onboarding, SKU setup, or merchandising processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive prioritization with business stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills, including executive-level stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Program Management and Agile frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with PIM, ERP, OMS, or merchandising systems.
• Vendor or implementation project experience.
