Description

You will support the UI Leadership team by managing core business, integrity, and project-based program needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document business and technical processes to support the UI system.
• Serve as the primary liaison between UI business units, project teams, and vendors.
• Create project plans, budgets, and technical documentation to ensure timely execution.
• Advise leadership on project status, process improvements, and budget planning.
• Provide project oversight, feedback, and knowledge transfer through established frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven leadership on at least two multi-million-dollar, multi-year projects.
• 4 years of experience in a consulting role working directly with leadership teams.
• Project management experience within state government environments.
• Experience performing project auditing.
• PMP or CPPM certification.
• Degree in public policy or a project-related field.
