Description

You will manage training and outreach initiatives for the HFS Enterprise and MMIS Upgrade project.

Responsibilities

  • Develop staff training materials and provide mentoring for the new HFS Enterprise.
  • Create outreach materials for HFS providers, business partners, and sister agencies.
  • Collaborate with HFS management and Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to execute training and outreach plans.
  • Conduct staff training sessions and lead outreach activities for external stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 3 years of experience in staff skill development.
  • 3 years of experience in outreach development.
  • Experience developing worker skills and knowledge specifically for healthcare development projects.
  • Knowledge of technical writing, instructional design, classroom instruction, and web-based content design.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent workplace experience.
