You will manage training and outreach initiatives for the HFS Enterprise and MMIS Upgrade project.
Responsibilities
- Develop staff training materials and provide mentoring for the new HFS Enterprise.
- Create outreach materials for HFS providers, business partners, and sister agencies.
- Collaborate with HFS management and Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to execute training and outreach plans.
- Conduct staff training sessions and lead outreach activities for external stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 3 years of experience in staff skill development.
- 3 years of experience in outreach development.
- Experience developing worker skills and knowledge specifically for healthcare development projects.
- Knowledge of technical writing, instructional design, classroom instruction, and web-based content design.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent workplace experience.
