Description

Lead training development and stakeholder outreach for the HFIS Enterprise.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop staff training materials and mentor personnel for the new HFS Enterprise.
• Create outreach materials for providers, business partners, and sister agencies regarding the MMIS Upgrade project.
• Collaborate with HFS management and Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to execute training and outreach plans.
• Conduct staff training sessions and lead outreach activities for external partners.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in staff skill development.
• 3+ years of experience in outreach development.
• Experience developing worker skills and knowledge specifically for healthcare development projects.
• Proficiency in instructional design and technical writing.
• Experience with classroom instruction and web-based content design.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or 4 years of equivalent workplace experience.
