Description

You will design and implement software solutions that align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document detailed business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Analyze current business processes to identify gaps and propose software improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, or use cases.
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of D365 F&O modules to meet business needs.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure software meets requirements and remains defect-free.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure proficiency with new software solutions.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in software analysis, design, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
  • Experience with business process modeling and data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with software testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Ability to design and configure D365 F&O solutions.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MIS, IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Business Analysis such as CBAP or CCBA.
