You will design and implement software solutions that align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document detailed business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders and IT teams.
- Analyze current business processes to identify gaps and propose software improvements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, or use cases.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of D365 F&O modules to meet business needs.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure software meets requirements and remains defect-free.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure proficiency with new software solutions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software analysis, design, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Experience with business process modeling and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with software testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ability to design and configure D365 F&O solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MIS, IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Business Analysis such as CBAP or CCBA.
