Description

You will lead data warehouse analysis and documentation for Mental Health reporting systems and enterprise data structures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document business rules, including data sources, extraction logic, transformation logic, and calculation methodologies.
• Capture requirements through subject matter expert interviews to define ETL/ELT pipelines, stored procedures, and data models.
• Create test validations using SQL for database testing and SSRS for report testing.
• Translate gathered requirements into system workflows and technical documentation for developers and QA teams.
• Manage requirement relay, defect tracking, and bug reporting using Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or data warehouse analysis.
• Expert knowledge of Mental Health data requirements and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL for database testing and validation.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or TFS for requirement management and defect tracking.
• Ability to document complex ETL/ELT processes and data models.
• Bachelor's Degree.

• Ensure all documentation and workflows maintain strict compliance with HIPAA requirements.
