Description

You will bridge the gap between legal operations and IT to drive technology improvements in legal processes.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the legal department and IT or technology vendors.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for legal technology or system updates.
• Manage or support the full lifecycle of legal IT projects, including UAT and training.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for key legal applications, such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Create reports and dashboards to support data analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Proficiency in Project Management practices.
• Experience with Tableau for reporting and dashboards.
• Familiarity with eliciting and documenting business requirements.
• Knowledge of legal operations processes.
