Bridge the gap between legal operations and IT to drive technology improvements in legal processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the legal department, IT teams, and technology vendors to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for legal technology implementations and system updates.
• Manage or support the full lifecycle of legal IT projects, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for key legal applications, specifically Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Create reports and dashboards to support data analysis and operational decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis or solutions roles.
• Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
• Proficiency in Project Management practices and methodologies.
• Experience with Tableau for creating reports and data visualizations.
• Proven ability to elicit and document clear, actionable business requirements.
• Working knowledge of legal operations processes and workflows.
