Description

You will architect AI solutions and lead the pursuit of large-scale AI training data contracts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-focused RFP responses and own the pursuit process for multi-million-dollar AI Training Data contracts.
• Design AI Training Data solutions, including annotation pipelines, QA protocols, and HITL workflows for Generative AI and LLMs.
• Develop and optimize pricing strategies for AI data services, including detailed costing and margin analysis.
• Partner with AI platform and delivery teams to validate technical feasibility, assess scalability, and mitigate risks.
• Build reusable AI solution frameworks, pricing models, and proposal templates to accelerate deal cycles.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of proven success in leading large-scale AI solutioning and commercial modeling for complex deals.
• Strong knowledge of the AI/ML lifecycle with deep understanding of training data's role in model performance.
• Hands-on experience with data annotation, QA, and HITL workflows for AI systems.
• Proficiency in Machine Learning and Computer Vision.
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Familiarity with Risk Analysis and Cloud Computing principles.
• Ability to articulate unique value propositions in client workshops and executive presentations.
