Description

Translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical requirements to drive business alignment. This role serves as the liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows by facilitating workshops.
• Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support testing efforts by reviewing test plans, validating test cases, and assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist with project intake, prioritization, and tracking while contributing to governance and documentation standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing or supporting small to mid-sized projects.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and analysis for complex projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vendor management and solution alignment.
