You will analyze business requirements and drive solutions within the reinsurance domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for reinsurance underwriting, claims, and accounting.
• Analyze complex business problems and exercise mature judgment to define solution paths.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on large-scale initiatives and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain clear oral and written communication with all stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to convey technical and business findings effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of specific experience in the Reinsurance industry.
• Solid business acumen in Reinsurance Underwriting, Claims, and/or Accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders on large initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the DXC SICS Application.
• Proficiency with Jira for requirement tracking and project management.
