Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical system specifications for key IT functions.

Responsibilities

• Apply structured analysis principles to develop system requirements and technical specifications.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to advise on the merits of proposed development projects.
• Design business processes, workflows, and operations to improve IT application in key functions.
• Manage the full system development life cycle using established design standards and policies.
• Prepare effective technical reports and communicate complex findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in business systems analysis and design.
• Knowledge of IT architecture and technical documentation methods.
• Proficiency in systems analysis, design tools, and business process engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifying work experience.

Preferred Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Agile Scrum.
• 3-5 years of experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
