Description

You will act as a Business Solutions Analyst supporting a complex public sector application development project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to gather detailed requirements.
• Lead documentation efforts for all project deliverables.
• Manage traceability and perform data modeling for system components.
• Drive process improvements within the scope of the application.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in IT analysis and business systems design.
• Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Visio, Excel, and SVN.
• Demonstrated ability in detailed requirements gathering.
• Experience with Data Modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with California DOJ or Bureau of Firearms systems.
• Familiarity with Jira R4J or X-Ray.
