Lead IT project implementation and business process optimization for public sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate regular team meetings to drive project progress and alignment.
• Perform business process reengineering to improve organizational workflows.
• Document detailed business process flows and maintain the project document library.
• Manage user administration and document organization within Microsoft Teams or SharePoint.
• Lead Agile ceremonies using JIRA or equivalent tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years applying analytical processes to IT projects.
• 3+ years in business systems analysis and design.
• 1+ year implementing IT projects for federal, state, or local entities.
• 5+ years leading and facilitating team meetings.
• 2+ years documenting business process flows.
• 2+ years creating and maintaining project document libraries.
• 2+ years with user administration in Microsoft Teams or SharePoint.
• 1+ year leading Agile ceremonies using JIRA.
• 1+ year performing business process reengineering.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• Current Business Analyst Certification from IIBA or PMI.
