Translate business requirements into technical specifications for commerce and product offerings, ensuring seamless integration and execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for product and offer onboarding.
• Configure new product and offer settings, including rate cards and trial experiences.
• Perform initial assessments of business needs to guide product development.
• Test, troubleshoot, and provide post-launch support for commerce capabilities.
• Maintain documentation for workflows, data mappings, and system integrations.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Solutions Analyst, preferably in commerce or SaaS.
• 3+ years of experience working on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and catalog management.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SAP/ECC, offer lifecycle management, and pricing strategies.
