Description

You will act as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure business needs are translated into actionable technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, technical requirements and prioritize them by value and feasibility.
• Manage the product backlog using Azure DevOps to ensure alignment with the product vision and roadmap.
• Develop and maintain a technical roadmap that supports scalability and product goals.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented and meet quality standards.
• Participate in SAFe methodologies and ceremonies, including PI planning and backlog grooming.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience supporting software projects in various IT roles.
• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or System Analyst.
• Expertise in backlog management using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience using ALM tools.
• Proficiency with SQL and SAP.
• Working knowledge of Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience with Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
