Translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical requirements and manage the product backlog.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements and prioritize by value.
• Manage the product backlog in Azure DevOps to align with the product roadmap.
• Develop and maintain a technical roadmap supporting scalability.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure quality implementation.
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies, including PI planning and backlog grooming.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience supporting software projects in IT roles.
• 8+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or System Analyst.
• Expertise in backlog management using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience using ALM tools.
• Proficiency with SQL and SAP.
• Working knowledge of Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience with Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
