Description

You will own the business analysis lifecycle for a Reinsurance Administration application, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Reinsurance Underwriting, Claims, and Accounting processes.
• Create Functional Specifications, User Interface documentation, and process maps using Microsoft Visio to define current and future-state workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and analyze business impacts.
• Support QA testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution activities.
• Manage enhancement requests and backlog prioritization in Jira.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in the Reinsurance industry.
• Strong business acumen across Reinsurance Underwriting, Claims, and Accounting.
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, and prioritizing requirements.
• Experience working in Agile environments and tools such as Jira.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
