Description

You will bridge business and IT by gathering requirements, documenting functional specifications, and defining business processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize functional specifications and user interface requirements.
• Map as-is and to-be business processes using Microsoft Visio.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to define integration requirements.
• Manage the enhancement request backlog in JIRA and prioritize work with business partners.
• Support QA and User Acceptance Testing, including defect resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• 3+ years in Reinsurance with acumen in Underwriting, Claims, or Accounting.
• Proficiency with JIRA for backlog management.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio for process mapping.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders on large initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the DXC SICS Application.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
