Description

You will manage Microsoft licensing and software asset management across multiple state agencies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft licenses using ServiceNow to track usage, renewals, and true-ups.
• Administer Microsoft licensing models, including Enterprise Agreements and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programs.
• Develop and implement Software Asset Management (SAM) policies and workflows within ServiceNow.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with licensing agreements and address discrepancies.
• Generate reports on compliance, costs, and usage trends to support stakeholder decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software licensing or asset management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for license tracking and workflow management.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft software licenses and licensing models.
• Experience with Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programs.
• Practical experience in Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Ability to perform troubleshooting related to licensing and compliance.
• Experience collaborating with procurement, finance, and external resellers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
