Description

Drive strategic planning and scaling efforts for client experiments, owning the roadmap from conception to rollout.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to scale experiments in alignment with organizational goals.
• Create and deliver presentations for roadshows to communicate vision and benefits to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues arising during and after the rollout process.
• Implement process improvements to streamline operations and maintain clear documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of experimental processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and scaling.
• Proven ability in roadshow support and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in process improvement and operational streamlining.
• Ability to develop compelling presentation materials for diverse audiences.
• Strong skills in identifying growth opportunities and expansion strategies.
• Capability to manage project timelines and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience facilitating discussions and gathering feedback for process iteration.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
