Analyze business data, metrics, and processes to identify opportunities for operational optimization and strategic planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data and trends to identify root causes and develop operational improvements.
• Organize project parameters and assemble relevant data sets for assigned initiatives.
• Validate information and present findings, alternatives, and recommendations to other departments.
• Monitor and review reports to ensure they function as effective controls for existing processes.
• Identify, measure, and control risks associated with business activities in compliance with established policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or operational support.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools.
• Knowledge of ETL processes.
• Understanding of UX and Human-Centered Design principles.
• Ability to validate complex data sets and document findings.
• Any Graduate degree.
