Description

You will provide technical integration support and API troubleshooting for global business partners while contributing to internal tooling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot partner technical issues in real-time by collaborating with external engineering teams and internal departments.
• Manage technical partner relationships and handle service outages.
• Write production code to improve internal tooling and product functionality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to help partners integrate with infrastructure.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, including weekends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer, Service Engineer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented programming, specifically PHP/Hack and JavaScript/React.
• Proven experience in API development on cloud-based infrastructures.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST-API technologies and architectures.
• Experience working across the full web stack.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to both technical and business audiences.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical work experience.
