Description

You will bridge the gap between client requirements and technical implementation through detailed documentation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements and publish cross-functional business flow diagrams.
• Write and manage user stories, non-functional requirements, and traceability matrices.
• Map requirements to APIs using JSON for request and response structures.
• Participate in UAT, BUAT, and post-production bug verification alongside Dev and QA teams.
• Manage expectations and maintain solution integrity for product enhancements and localizations.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience managing a team of 1-2 Business Analysts.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for Agile delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Technical experience mapping requirements to APIs with JSON.
• Proven ability to work with teams across PST, EST, IST, and GMT+13 time zones.
• Strong documentation skills for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience with UAT and BUAT processes.
• Any Graduate degree.
