Description

Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation in banking and mobility fintech. You will manage stakeholder expectations and ensure solution integrity aligns with overall strategy.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements and publish cross-functional business flow diagrams.
• Write and manage user stories, non-functional requirements, and traceability matrices.
• Map business requirements to APIs using JSON for request and response structures.
• Participate in UAT, BUAT, and post-production bug verification with dev and QA teams.
• Manage a team of 1-2 Business Analysts and review client documentation.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Direct experience in requirement gathering and client interaction.
• Technical proficiency in mapping requirements to APIs with JSON.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with teams across PST, EST, IST, and GMT+13 time zones.
• Strong analytical skills for creating BA deliverables.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills

• IIBA Practitioner certification.
• Domain expertise in Banking or Mobility Fintech.
