You will analyze complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions for finance stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from senior finance and business stakeholders across US and European regions.
• Investigate, resolve, and propose solutions to complex business problems using data and technical resources.
• Gather stakeholder opinions to formulate and present viable solution options.
• Drive business process re-engineering and transformations as needed.
• Communicate technical requirements clearly to development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a business systems analysis role.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and data analytics for assumption validation.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS or SAP ERP systems (S/4Hana).
• Experience working within SCRUM and Agile frameworks.
• Knowledge of O2C, P2P, and R2R business processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and organizational ability.
