Description

You will analyze current processes and systems to identify improvements and implement automation. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time-in-motion studies and facilitate focus group sessions to identify process or system improvements.
• Recommend process changes or system modifications to automate and streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with the development team to design, test, implement, and maintain database and application updates.
• Define project goals and roadmaps, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Organize and execute pre-deployment user acceptance testing with the Deployment Manager.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of business analysis experience.
• Mortgage industry experience.
• Proficiency in defining business problems and proposing solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft VSTS or Jira tools.
• Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Concatenating formulas, Conditional formatting, and Pivot Tables.
• Document management and modeling skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
