Description

You will act as the technical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to deliver API, microservices, and Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed requirements for API integrations, microservices, and Salesforce enhancements.
• Analyze data from Salesforce and other systems to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Recommend and implement process improvements using APIs and microservices.
• Create and maintain documentation covering business and technical requirements and use cases.
• Troubleshoot issues across APIs, microservices, and Salesforce, providing solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst focusing on API, microservices, and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of API design and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, IT, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
