Own the end-to-end business system analysis lifecycle, translating complex financial requirements into actionable technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into detailed system solutions and functional specifications.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and functional documentation to guide development teams.
• Create and execute functional and regression test plans, coordinating UAT, integration, performance, and security testing phases.
• Manage application lifecycle and roadmap planning while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Monitor service levels (SLA) and vendor performance, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in System Analysis or Business Analysis.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and functional regression testing.
• Proven experience working with Finance systems and application lifecycle management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines independently.
• Experience participating in Agile processes, including Scrum Master duties when needed.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Oracle Financials.

Preferred Skills

• Vendor management experience and exposure to system/data architecture.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CSQA, or CSQE.
