Description

Business System Analyst responsible for analyzing complex business problems and designing automated system solutions to meet enterprise goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems to determine how automated systems can provide effective solutions.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize IT opportunities that align with enterprise objectives.
• Develop detailed system specifications, designs, and cost-effective procedures that meet user requirements.
• Configure system settings and options to support business needs.
• Plan and execute business unit, integration, and acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related professional role.
• Experience developing full project plans, including scope, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver technical requirements.
• Experience in business unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Strong skills in interpersonal communication and presenting technical information to stakeholders.
• Ability to design details for automated systems and provide user consultation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
