You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation within the banking and mobility fintech domains.

You will own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements and publish cross-functional business flow diagrams, functional and non-functional requirements, and traceability matrices.
• Write and manage user stories, non-functional requirements, and application workflows.
• Map business requirements to APIs using JSON for requests and responses.
• Lead UAT, BUAT, and post-production bug verification in coordination with development and QA teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirement closure and project tracking.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in Banking or Mobility Fintech domains.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, user story documentation, and traceability matrices.
• Technical ability to discuss requirements and map them to APIs via JSON.
• Experience working with distributed teams across PST, EST, IST, and GMT+13 time zones.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Hands-on experience with UAT, BUAT, OmniGraffle, and Draw.io.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and participate in project planning and execution.
• Experience managing a team of 1-2 Business Analysts.

Preferred Skills

• IIBA Practitioner certification.
• Knowledge of Aha project management tool.
