Analyze business needs, translate requirements into development tasks, and validate functionality to support product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user stories and maintain the product backlog in Jira.
• Refine stories with development teams and estimate effort levels for sprint planning.
• Assist development teams during implementation and validate functionality prior to deployment.
• Conduct root cause analysis, fix identified defects, and support business users during integration testing.
• Perform data analysis using Tableau and SQL to enhance site maps and track user interaction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and API documentation.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools like Tableau.
• Ability to analyze UX designs using Sketch and Principal.
• Experience creating process flow diagrams using Lucid Chart.
• Familiarity with creating data mappings using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Proven ability to analyze interaction data to optimize SEO efficiency.
• Experience working with external vendors for tracking implementation.
