You will bridge business needs and IT execution through requirements definition, data analysis, and system support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and coordinate software configuration activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder management and communicate project status, impacts, and changes.
• Perform data profiling, root-cause analysis, and provide application support.
• Develop reports and data extracts using Power BI and support reporting data flows.
• Review test plans and guide testing strategies for system changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Power BI for report development and data visualization.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in Microsoft SQL Server for data profiling.
• Experience with SOAP, XML, and JSON data formats.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools: SoapUI and Postman.
• Familiarity with Swagger UI and YAML.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint for project tracking and documentation.
• Understanding of HTML for basic web context.
