Description

Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution within a banking context. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements and produce cross-functional business flow diagrams.
• Write and manage user stories, non-functional requirements, and traceability matrices.
• Map requirements to APIs using JSON for request and response structures.
• Lead UAT, BUAT, and post-production bug verification alongside dev and QA teams.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure solution enhancements align with overall strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience managing a team of 1-2 Business Analysts.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for Agile delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Technical competency in mapping requirements to JSON-based APIs.
• Proven track record in requirement elicitation and documentation.
• Experience in the Banking sector.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
