Description

You will manage the full software development life cycle for complex computer systems through requirement analysis and technical specification writing.

Responsibilities

• Write high-level functional requirement documents and develop detailed functional design documents for stakeholder approval.
• Create user stories, task breakdowns, and prototypes or mockups for agile development projects.
• Design, develop, and implement test plans, test cases, and test data to ensure program logic accuracy.
• Coordinate UAT, post-implementation testing, and defect tracking while differentiating between defects and new requirements.
• Maintain system documentation, draft Local Change Board documents, and develop user training manuals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems.
• 8+ years of developing functional requirements and system documentation.
• 8+ years of implementing test plans, test cases, and creating training materials.
• 5+ years of implementing Agile development processes, including test-driven development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar requirements and test case tracking applications.
• Experience working with HIPAA data.
• Proficiency in creating flowcharts, screen layouts, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of DevOps and infrastructure change implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Assist with Enterprise Architecture Solution Assessment, hosting documentation, and firewall rules.
