You will act as a bridge between decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define systems goals and establish scope and parameters for systems analysis to measure outcome criteria.
• Analyze business processes, capability gaps, data mappings, interfaces, and required process changes.
• Generate reports detailing findings, probable causes, and potential solutions for system issues.
• Provide counsel on technology and business operations to ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.
• Filter, prioritize, and validate complex material from multiple sources to drive informed business decisions.

Required Skills

• 6 to 10 years of overall IT experience.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
• Deep domain knowledge in Mortgage Banking.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying.
• Experience with ETL, data design, and data handling.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel formulas and pivot tables.
• Foundational understanding of data models and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum processes.
