You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation by analyzing systems and delivering data-driven solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data for reporting and analysis.
• Develop and maintain scripts in Python and C# to automate data tasks and support system integrations.
• Create and present clear reports and visualizations to technical and non-technical stakeholders using BI tools.
• Manage project tracking and issue resolution using Jira, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related technical roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and reporting.
• Basic working knowledge of Python and C# scripting or coding.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with system integration tools, REST APIs, or ETL pipelines.
• Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.
