Responsibilities

• Create process data flow diagrams and flowcharts using Visio.
• Map flat file formats and define precise data mappings.
• Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Document system processes and technical specifications for development teams.
• Probe and research for factual accuracy in business logic and data structures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business System Analyst or in a similar technical role.
• Strong skills in data mapping and understanding flat file formats.
• Familiarity with Agile and Jira for project tracking and management.
• Experience with Waterfall methodologies and SDLC deliverables.
• Technical background with a developer, solution engineer, or architect perspective.
• Experience in a financial institution or Retail Banking Collections Recovery space.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in Retail Banking Collections or Recovery workflows.
