You will lead business system analysis efforts, translating customer needs into actionable application and operational requirements for multi-year, large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Create business cases and perform detailed business and technical process mapping.
• Gather requirements and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.
• Provide training support and contribute to the creation of professional business deliverables ready for executive review.
• Manage Cornerstone OnDemand administration, including advanced reporting, feed management, and security roles.
• Facilitate interactions with executives, managers, and subject matter experts in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a lead business systems analyst.
• 3+ years of Cornerstone OnDemand administration, including calculated fields, custom fields, complex dashboards, and deep system configuration.
• 3+ years of experience working on Agile projects.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project/Planner, and Visio.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, information technology, or a related field.
