You will translate business needs into technical requirements for software development projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Perform gap analysis, data mapping, and impact assessment for system changes or integrations.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations.
• Document system workflows and manage requirements using industry tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst in software development or IT transformation.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Experience with API integrations and business process analysis.
• Skilled in requirement documentation and system design.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or MS Office Suite.
• Ability to perform data querying using SQL.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical thinking skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex system integrations.
