Description

You serve as the technical bridge between business and engineering teams to support data warehouse projects. You own the analysis and validation lifecycle from data profiling through UAT.

Responsibilities

• Perform data profiling to identify data issues prior to warehouse ingestion.
• Develop functional specifications, BRDs, and FRDs through stakeholder interaction.
• Create detailed mapping documents for Dev and QA, specifying joins, filters, and ranking logic.
• Conduct gap analysis and present draft data model versions.
• Execute UAT and business checkout using SQL scripts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a Business System Analyst or technical role.
• 5+ years of advanced SQL coding experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data profiling, data mining, data structures, and data modelling.
• 5+ years of experience preparing source-to-target mapping and gap analysis.
• 3+ years of experience working with Data Warehouse projects.
• Experience with Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD) of all types.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts.
• Healthcare domain knowledge.
