Description

You will bridge the gap between product requirements and technical implementation through detailed data mapping and API documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive mapping documents to facilitate data movement between four distinct systems.
• Draft functional and non-functional requirements, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Manage user stories from inception through acceptance by conducting interviews with Product Owners and subject matter experts.
• Gather technical specifications required for hand-off to Production Operations and Resilience teams.
• Identify and articulate project dependencies across systems and dependent teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Extensive experience in data mapping and creating mapping documents between multiple systems.
• Hands-on experience creating and writing API documentation.
• Deep understanding of systems development and input/output modeling.
• Ability to interact with operating systems to locate and read files.
• Proven ability to manage user stories and translate customer requests into technical requirements.
• Experience working independently on complex assignments.
• Proficiency with Product Owners and API Testing concepts.
