You will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams to design and implement data-driven solutions in investment management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements by working directly with stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Analyze data sources to design, develop, and maintain data models, dictionaries, and metadata.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to develop wireframes and user experiences for web applications.
• Drive functional testing for both the data platform and user interfaces.
• Execute data analysis and mining using SQL to provide actionable insights.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15 years of experience in investment management, capital markets, or wealth management.
• Deep domain knowledge in Asset Management processes.
• Advanced SQL skills for writing and running complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile methodologies for requirement management.
• Ability to create wireframes and support UX/UI development.
• Proven experience in data platform functional testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• East Coast based candidates.
