Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution within the insurance domain. You translate business needs into functional specifications and solution approaches.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and development teams to define functional specifications.
• Conduct gap and feasibility analyses to inform system design and project scope.
• Manage UAT test plan preparation and execution, including defect identification and tracking.
• Coordinate with project managers to align testing activities with project schedules.
• Execute sprint planning and delivery using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working within the Insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proven experience in requirement documentation and technical solutioning.
• Expertise in software testing methodologies and UAT execution.
• Ability to perform detailed gap analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication for interpreting business needs.
