Description

You will configure Verisk Rulebook for underwriting rules, eligibility, and rating logic while translating guidelines into rale configurations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Verisk Rulebook for underwriting rules, eligibility criteria, and rating logic.
• Gather business and system requirements, developing functional specifications and workflows.
• Perform gap analysis and support implementation of rule sets for product updates and regulatory changes.
• Support LIAT, validate rule scenarios, and assist in deployment and post-implementation validation.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, and IT teams to facilitate requirements workshops.

Required Skills

• 3-8 years of Business Systems Analysis experience in P&C Insurance.
• Hands-on experience with Verisk Rulebook.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate underwriting guidelines into technical configurations.
• Experience with business process optimization and rule engine automation.
• Strong analytical skills for gap analysis and requirement documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Integration experience with Guidewire or Duck Creek.
• Knowledge of APIs, data integration, SQL, and data analysis.
