Description

You will own the maintenance, enhancements, and data integration for a Medicaid Care Management Solution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions for system enhancements.
• Support ETL processes and manage data movement across systems.
• Develop and maintain data interfaces, logical models, and physical data models.
• Resolve system issues and ensure stable operation of the Medicaid solution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of systems analysis experience with strong requirements gathering.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Medicaid system components, business rules, and processes.
• 5+ years of software development and database design experience.
• 5+ years of ETL experience designing technical solutions based on business needs.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL with experience in Oracle DB and MongoDB.
• Strong experience with interfaces and data extracts.
• Familiarity with Talend or similar ETL tools.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
